    As a User of our website, you may purchase enrolment rights for our courses through this website and make your payments securely by following the steps indicated in the purchase process and in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.<\/p>\n

    1. Course enrolment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Following the instructions provided during the purchase process, enrolling in a course will be very straightforward. You only need to select the courses in which you wish to participate and complete the registration form with your identification details as a participant.<\/p>\n

      Once registered, payment for the course will be processed through the methods indicated, and once the purchase process is completed, you will receive an email confirming your participation in the selected course.<\/p>\n

      To access the course, we will provide you by email with a username and password to access our training platform.<\/p>\n

      The minimum age for participation is 18 years old. The purchaser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us. <\/p>\n

      1. Course prices<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        All course prices displayed on our website are expressed in euros (EUR).<\/p>\n

        The prices shown for the courses do not include VAT; therefore, a 21% VAT rate or the applicable rate at the time of payment will be added.<\/p>\n

        When any discount is applied to the courses, it will be clearly indicated, specifying the percentage discount applied, and the price stated in the sales offer shall not be negotiable.<\/p>\n

        Our organisation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; therefore, purchasers are advised to verify them before making any enrolment or payment.<\/p>\n

        1. Payment methods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          You may pay on our website using a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UPI, Discover, American Express).<\/p>\n

          To ensure your payment is processed without any issues and to minimise any unauthorised access to your banking data, you will be automatically redirected to your bank\u2019s online payment platform, where you will need to authorise the payment and thereby confirm your enrolment in our course. <\/p>\n

          1. Availability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Courses have established start and end dates, which are published in their description and throughout the enrolment process. If the delivery dates do not match your preferences, you may opt for other training sessions that we publish. <\/p>\n

            If, during the enrolment process, the number of available places in our courses has been exceeded, we will inform you whether there are options to participate in future sessions, including the delivery dates, so that you can decide whether to enrol or cancel the registration process.<\/p>\n

            If the minimum number of participants is not reached, PROGRESSA LEAN reserves the right to postpone the start of the course, and you will be formally informed so that you may decide whether to participate in the next course session or request a refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n

            If, for any reason beyond our organisation\u2019s control (natural disasters, accidents, terrorism, etc.) or due to other unforeseen technical issues, we are required to cancel the course, you will be informed so that you may decide whether to participate in the next course session or request a refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n

            1. Invoices<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              You will be provided with an invoice for all your purchases free of charge, in accordance with Article 63.3 of Legislative Royal Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.<\/p>\n

              Your invoices will be sent to your email address only if you request it during the purchase process.<\/u><\/p>\n

              1. Cancellation of enrolments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
