- Social media presence
In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has created a profile on the following social media platforms (RRSS):

If you, as a User, have a profile on the same Social Network as our organisation, you may freely join the page we have created, thereby expressing your interest in the information we publish on that Social Network.

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, provided that in all cases you are the owner of such content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that relate to minors or that infringe or may infringe upon honour, morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that violate, breach, or infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any other rights contrary to the law. In such cases, our organisation reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
Our organisation shall not be held responsible for content freely posted by a user. The user must be aware that their publications will be visible to other users; therefore, they will be solely responsible for their posts and their privacy.
- Advertising
Our organisation may use the Social Network for advertising purposes, in all cases in compliance with the requirements of the applicable Data Protection regulations and the LSSI-CE (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).
It shall not be considered advertising to recommend our pages to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or stay informed about events or activities of our organisation.
- Contests and promotions
Our organisation reserves the right to organise contests and promotions in which users who wish to participate and who have joined our page may take part. The terms and conditions of each contest or promotion, when carried out through the Social Network platform, will be published therein, always in compliance with the applicable law or regulation.
