Relive the success of the Lean 4.0 Meeting in Valencia

At Progressa Lean, we enthusiastically celebrated a new edition of our Lean Meeting in Valencia, which has established itself as a key gathering point for industrial leaders committed to continuous improvement, Lean transformation, and digitalization.

The event took place at the facilities of EGM Fuente del Jarro (ASIVALCO) in Paterna, Valencia, where we brought together more than 100 executives, operations managers, middle managers, and technical professionals who shared real-life experiences of implementing the Lean 4.0 model in organizations across different sectors.

It was a day that exceeded our expectations: we experienced hands-on learning, inspiration, open dialogue, and high-value networking, strengthening our community and reaffirming our commitment to operational excellence.

What We Learned Together

During the meeting, we shared real-world transformation cases from companies such as Andreu, Fermax, Gaviota Simbac, Consum, and Cárnicas Serrano. Hearing firsthand how they are applying the Lean 4.0 model in their operations was undoubtedly a great source of inspiration for all attendees.

Our experts discussed common challenges such as resistance to change, process digitalization, and talent development, offering concrete strategies to overcome them. The panel discussion was one of the most enriching moments of the event, fostering an open and authentic dialogue among professionals who share the same challenges.

Additionally, the Beer Afterwork at Tyris Factory provided an excellent opportunity to continue connecting in a relaxed environment, strengthening relationships and creating new opportunities for collaboration.
